I completed my coaching accreditation with Catalyst Coaching (fully endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management). I run a personal coaching practice that is committed to helping clients maximise their potential and achieve their goals. After gaining a degree in Classics from Oxford University, I gained valuable experience of different fields of expertise which I believe give me a breadth of understanding in my coaching: Initially I trained as a fund manager in the City, I then wrote corporate and political speeches and completed a Teaching English as a Foreign Language qualification. I am also the mother of three young children. These varied experiences have honed my communication skills as I have worked with and communicated with people of all ages and from all walks of life and it has also given me a wide understanding of different businesses.
To be where I am now, doing something I really enjoy, I have had to go through the coaching process. It is through this process that I discovered what I really wanted to do and how I could make it happen. I am now committed to helping my clients do the same.
